Eye Strain [Computer Vision Sydrome ]
Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) also known as eye strain, occurs when you spend long periods Staring / looking at a computer screen for long periods. It is characterized by dry eyes, eyestrain and blurred vision.
How to prevent Eye Strain.
By wearing glasses to reduce on the light which hit your eyes.
By installing Antiglare screen in order to reduce reflections on your computer screen
By adjust computer display setting e.g. Brightness and Text size to the level that suites you.
By taking frequent screen breaks during your workday (at least one 10-minute break every hour)
