   • Indicate the title of the article as “Ebola virus disease”.             (01 mark)
   • Bold and double underline the title.                         (02 marks)
   • Justify the body of the document.                         (01 mark)
   • Generate Table of Content for the article automatically on the first page.

• Insert a footnote in the last paragraph as source: “ http://www.who.int/mediacentre/factsheets/“                         (02 marks)
• Attach any picture of your choice from support file on page one. (02 marks)
• Include your name and random number as header and footer respectively.

• Create an art page boarder of 10 pts on page 1 of the article.             (02 marks)
